- In its original packaging with tags, labels, and accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

- Customised or made-to-order products
- Products purchased on final clearance or marked as “non-returnable”
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration by the customer

Return shipping charges may be:

- Borne by the customer in case of size, preference, or other non-quality-related reasons (if such returns are allowed)

7. Late or Missing Refunds
