We currently ship to selected locations. Shipping availability and charges will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are displayed at checkout and may vary based on your location and courier partner. Once dispatched, your order is usually delivered within:

  • Local/Metro areas: 3–7 business days
  • Other locations: 5–10 business days

These are indicative timelines and may vary due to courier delays, unforeseen events, or public holidays.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on eligible orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with tracking details (where available). You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link or number on the courier’s website.


6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier or logistical issues beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • Check the tracking information
  • Contact the courier directly using your tracking number

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct and complete shipping address. Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address details may be returned or delayed. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


8. Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be damaged or tampered with on delivery:

  • Kindly take photos of the outer packaging and the product
  • Note the issue with the delivery agent, if possible
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at themesfurnishings@hotmail.com

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

If and when we offer international shipping, additional duties, taxes, or customs charges may be applicable as per the destination country’s regulations. These charges, if any, are to be borne by the customer.
